2 – PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING
«Personal data»: any information regarding a natural person identified or identifiable (person involved); it is considered as identifiable that natural person who can be directly or indirectly indentifiable with reference to their name, identification number, location, online identity or one or more features relating to their physical, physiologial, genetic, psychic, economic, cutural or social identity.
- a) Navigation data: The informatic systems and software procedures designated for the correct operation of the Site acquire, during the normal functioning, some personal data whose provision is implicit in the navigation on the web. These data are not collected to be associated to identified involved people; nevertheless, by their own nature, they could, through processing and association with data provided to third parties, allow the identification of the users. 3 – SCOPE AND LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF PROCESSING. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data will be processed for the following scopes:
- a) Navigation on the website: allows the navigation on our website and other digital platforms.
- The legal foundation for the above mentioned scope is art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. f) of the GDPR, legitimate interest.
- Data retention period: until the end of the navigation session. Please also see the cookie policy.
- b) Data collection through the contacts form: you can obtain information about our services on the “Contacts” page and select the addressee office you can send your enquiry to.
- The legal foundation for the above mentioned scope is art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR: performance of precontractual steps required by the involved person.
- Data retention period: 1 year per contact.
- Feature of the provision: the data provision is optional or necessary according to the scope of its processing. The refusal to provide data marked by the symbol* or caption (required), will imply the impossibility to execute the request or benefit from the services of the Owner of the data.
- c) Work with us: the data provided sending a C.V. or filling in the relevant form on our website will be processed for the sole scope of selection and recruitment of personnel by Bicelli S.r.l.
We invite you not to provide “particular” data, except those specially required and/or considered as absolutely needed to allow BICELLI S.r.l. to properly evaluate your application. “Particular” data are considered as those disclosing, for example, the race or ethnic group identity, religious, philosophical or other type of belief, political opinion, subscription to political parties, trade unions or other religious, philosophical, political or union organisations, as well as data disclosing details related to the health condition and sexual life. We inform you that, in any case, particular data voluntarily disclosed to BICELLI S.r.l. – either filling in the form on our website or sending your C.V. in electronic format – will be used for the sole scopes above mentioned.
- The legal foundation for the above mentioned scope is art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR: performance of precontractual steps required by the involved person.
- Data retention period: max. 24 months from C.V. receipt.
- Feature of the provision: the data provision for the c) purposes is optional, nevertheless the refusal to provide the data could imply the impossibility of the Company to consider your application.
4 – PROCESSING METHODS
The data processing will be automatic and manual, for the sole scope for which they have been gathered and with methods guaranteeing safety and confidentiality of the data, and performed by authorised subjects. The data will be stored in the above mentioned way for an amount of time needed to fulfill the scope for which they have been collected and will be deleted upon request, except where further legal obligations impose.
5 – ADDRESSEE OR ADDRESSEE CATEGORY OF THE DATA
The personal data will be disclosed to addressees, who will keep the data as responsible (art. 28 of the UE Regulation 2016/679) and/or as authorised subjects who act under the responsibility of the Owner or Controller of the data (art. 29 of the UE Regulation 2016/679) for the above mentioned purposes. More precisely, the data will be disclosed to: suppliers of services like legal, accounting and administrative consulting and support; IT consultants and communication providers (including E-Mails); service and consulting companies for marketing communications; authorities in charge for legal obligations and/or public regulations, upon request.

6 – DATA TRANSFER TO OTHER COUNTRIES OR ORGANISATIONS
The data provided will not be transferred to other countries out of the European Community.
7 – RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
In pursuance of art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, the involved party has the right to ask to the Owner of the data processing at any time to: access to the personal data; modify or cancel or limit the processing of the data relating to them; object to the processing; ask for the portability of the data as in art. 20 cit.
The objection to data processing is possible at any time without compromising the legitimacy of the processing based on the consent previously given. Except any other adiministrative or giurisdictional complaint, the party whose data processing can be considered as violating the GDPR, has the right to claim this to the control authority for data protection in the ways reported on the website www.garanteprivacy.it (art. 77 cit.).

8 – UPDATES
This policy can be modified and/or integrated following to subsequent regulatory modifications and/or integrations, update or supply of new services or introduction of technological innovations.
